Where is the event taking place?

This event is taking place on the Grand Lawn of Helix Park in Falkirk, FK2 7ZT.

If arriving by car then official concert car parking will be available for pre-booked parking ticket holders at Falkirk Stadium. Please check this website for up-to-date information closer to the event.

Permitted/ Prohibited Items –

•Please note that alcohol, soft drinks and food cannot be brought into the concert and prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry. Single use plastics are also prohibited. There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site that will cater for all dietary needs. If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only.

•No camping chairs or umbrellas. There are seating tickets available. 

•This is an open-air event and will run in any weather, please dress appropriately

•Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. Admittance for U16s is only to general standing. All other children must have a full price U16s ticket to enter the event, general standing only. U16s and U5s are not permitted in the grandstand or VIP areas. Prams/buggies are not permitted

•Dogs – Animals or pets are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs. No animals are to be left in vehicles.

•Can I bring a bag? Yes – no larger than A4 size.

•Exiting & re-entering throughout the event – There will be no re-entry.

•In the interests of safety, neither animals nor barbeques will be allowed in the parking areas.

EVENT PARKING & DROP OFF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL CAR ENTRY (Not Blue Badge) – Car Parking tickets can be purchased alongside event tickets. Car parking will be at Falkirk Stadium, a short walk from the Helix Park site.

Please allow for higher traffic volumes on the day of the event and for entry/exit from the car park – we recommend setting off early and being prepared to wait for parking. Leaving the site will also take time due to the volume of traffic and roadworks in operation near the site.

On arrival you will be directed to our event car park which is in close proximity to the performance.

Overnight parking is not possible.

There are no facilities for camping, caravans or campervans.

In the interests of safety, neither animals nor barbeques will be allowed in the parking areas.

Accessible Parking – Accessible parking is also located in Falkirk Stadium. A free shuttle service will run from the stadium to the accessible area of the site.

Accessible Parking tickets can be purchased alongside your event tickets.

All pick-up and drop-off at Falkirk Stadium car park.

Pedestrian entry and exit – Pedestrian entry is from the Falkirk Stadium side of Helix Park. Ticket and security checks are in operation at the gates on approach to the site.

Exiting & re-entering throughout the event – There will be no re-entry.

Event Site Accessible Areas

If you wish to make use of the limited number of spaces within the accessible area, then please contact us at kelpies@xfire.live (or Contact Us to book your space (for you + companion) and attach a scan of a letter from the DWP or alternative evidence supporting your requirement of the use of the accessible facilities.

Accessible Toilets – There will be fully wheelchair accessible toilets in the event arena. If you have a medical condition that requires you to be able to get to a toilet quickly, please talk to a member of the first aid team, who will be situated at the first aid station.  They will be able to ensure you can get quick access to a toilet.

Assistance Dogs – A ‘recognised Assistance Dog’ is one which has been specifically trained to assist a disabled person and which has been qualified by one of the charitable organisations as members of Assistance Dogs UK.
